[🚀esl-media]: add vimeo provider support

As an esl-media component contributor, I want to have the full support for the Vimeo videos.

Add the Vimeo service provider to esl-media providers list.

Note: provider should load API on the fly and ideally shouldn't produce npm package dependency.

NTH: support for URL autodetection use youtube provider as an example
