[🔨 ci]: integrate with automated test coverage plugin

As an ESL architect, I want to track code coverage state via automated tools. The repository is proposed to be integrated with one of the code coverage collecting tools (like codecov or coveralls). Requested list of features:

  • Pull Request automated check
  • Test coverage status badge
  • Ability to choose or ideally separate area of coverage (only esl-utils are interested in that moment for ESL project).
