[🚀]: Add 'container query' like syntax support for ESLImage

As an ESLImage consumer, I want to be able to define image sources per container query instead of a browser window Media Query.

Container Query defines sizes condition such as min-height, max-width, etc per current element size. That means that query ~'(min-width: 400px)' acepst if the current image element takes more the a 400px wide.
