CompreFace reading ID error

Can anyone tell me what this mean?

I am getting the same error as well. It randomly pops up in the lower left corner.

Same here. I'm getting the same "cannot read properties of undefined" error message randomly but in the Doubletake app.

Is it in Doubletake, not CompreFace app?

For me, it is the web interface of double take.

Then this is a part of double take app. There could be issues with CompreFace, but it is also possible that there are issues with double take configuration. But I can't recognize the problem because I don't use the double take app. Could you ask these questions on their repository? If they answer you that this is a CompreFace problem, I will be happy to help.
