Suggestion: Change Ctrl+Pause to display stats without stopping current run (like ping -t)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run a siege on a web service
2. Press Ctrl+Pause
3. Siege Stops running and shows statistics

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This is just a suggestion, but it would be nice during long runs to be able to 
press Ctrl+Pause to display current stats without stopping the run like how 
ping -t works.
