Default to some opacity by default to handle better clear backgrounds

Currently, with default settings, is nearly impossible to read top bar text as it gets completely transparent even with clear backgrounds. Until background detection is implemented, I would default to some degree of opacity to cover them as, for example, Ubuntu is doing: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/merge_requests/376#note_442929

Other option would be to enable by default the shadows under icons and texts
