Specify a Solution Package mapping file to exclude mapped components

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The sample extract currently doesn't support specifying a mapping file as part of the extract.

Describe the solution you'd like Perhaps search for a MappingFile.xml or ExtractMappingFile.xml in the same folder as the extract folder.
