Go Autohotkey v2

Its about time! Lexikos released v2.0.0 of AutoHotkey !!!

Well, we need to go over the whole lib to adapt. Shouldn't be too bad tho. But the old version will soon be deprecated.

  • [x] dev version to run on v2
    • [ ] build-in lib and tests ported
    • [x] startup procedure fixed
  • [ ] installer can install fresh a2 on ahk2
  • [ ] installer can update a2 installation on v1 to v2

weeeeeeell. THere have been some things meanwhile and the string lib and test had to be re-done. But they're good to go now and some more libs and stuff have been ported! I took quite some time to learn what's ticking with AHK2 and its WAY more complicated than Python2 vs 3. So far I doubt it's even possible to write any sane code that works in old and new AHKs at the same time whereas with Python that's totally doable.

But I have a run now :) and it seems much more achievable now!
