Bug report Menu-option to put some info along.

VS Code has some issue reporting that already puts things into the title and body of the issue! The URL is formatted like:

https://github.com/owner/repo/issues/new
?title=URL%20encoded%20title
&body=URL%20encoded%20message%20body

Also there could be an option to do this on the CURRENT active module. If the package is hosted on github like that. so there would be 2 options:

• report on package project with package and a2 info.
• report on a2 project with a2 info and enabled packages?
