Various Grass Fixes

A fix with some added enhancements.

Issues fixed:

• Dirt goes too low on pixel grid in T, ?, *, ~, and left terminator
• New grass variants use the old V and have no terminators at all

Additionally, fungal overhang goes slightly lower than the others, matching the game.

Not compiled, Node.js still hates me and I still haven't bothered to figure out why.
