little improvement
First: thanks for this great application! I love it. Would love to see more and more protocols supported, not just SFTP, but I guess, that will not happen on an application with such a specific name :)
Anyway I noticed something that changed compared to my old program: the Drive I get the mounted at the end, always is a "local drive". There apparently is no setting about to change that to a network drive.
Most of the times it does not make a difference, but Windows (and installed apps) actually handle the connection differently, if they know it's not a real local drive, but a network drive.
So it would be awesome to have settings option per connection to choose, if you want it to be handled as a local drive, or a network drive.
Thanks in advance!
P.S.: in my case it is about quickly going through some movies on my server. So when I quickly check them with MPV, the application does not buffer, nor preload anything. Why should it do so from a local drive? When accessed any video from a network drive, it indeed does preload and buffer :)
Hello!
You can use the SSHFS-Win directly for this propourse, it's very easy to use it for mounting network drivers.
Regards,
I'm having the same problem. @evsar3 Perhaps you misunderstood the issue, it's about mounting as network drives, not as local drives.
