Feature Request: Add option for delay of connection.

I have a lot of stuff loading on startup of my Windows. For whatever reason, SSHFS-Win Manager fails to load two of the 3 drives I have added. My guess is that it's trying to load too quickly, possibly before the SSHFS service has started or before the machine has some other service up.

I think adding an option to delay the connections on startup (or on a drive-by-drive basis) might be ideal to prevent this from happening.

Forgot to mention, if a delay is added, an option to configure how many seconds to delay would be nice.
