I've almost got it working with tarballs for both zeromq and czmq. Is there a reason that czmq doesn't ship with an `autogen.sh` file?

With one exception I've got everything working building zeromq and czmq from current tarballs (though it would be easier if czmq also shipped with an autogen.sh). The zeromq [install fails](https://travis-ci.org/evoskuil/libbitcoin-client/jobs/173608676)...

My workaround was to do what you suggest, and just invoke reconfigure without the extra checks, which I applied generally to the tarball builds. Note however that zeromq _does_ ship...
