For the all-atom direction loss, the description in the paper is as follows: “For each atom with at least two covalent bonds, compute a normal (z-axis) vector to the plane spanned by its first two covalent bonds. This results in a set of z-axis and bond vectors.”

How are the “first two covalent bonds” defined here?
