A CE2 version of the https://github.com/evolution-gaming/skafka/pull/436

Blocked by release of: https://github.com/evolution-gaming/cats-helper/pull/289

Main changes:

  • no CE TestKit in tests
  • Concurrent and Timer instead of Temporal
  • matching on guaranteeCase and ExitCase instead of Outcome in join of a done method.
