This readme was last time updated in Aug 2019 this line ( ...we are expecting GA builds in June ) is from commit https://github.com/evolus/pencil/commit/9738b6f6ce0106342d8006f4a0f91ee96cf5bf94 from May 11, 2016

How about giving some financial contribution... I've done it! That could help. Pencil is an excellent tool, even with the bugs.
