I can´t open a .epgz file

  • Operating system: Kubuntu 17.04 and Windows 7
  • Pencil version: 3.0.0 and 3.0.2

I was working in a project normally for a week. Today, wen I tried to open the project file, start only the Pencil program, but does not open the file. I tried to open my file on W7 and Linux with both Pencil versions.

Please give me your email so that I can send the repaired file. Some of your bitmap is missing. Could you please let me know (after receiving back the file) what are those bitmap files from when you embeded them into the document. I want to know the root cause of the problem which may be related to the type/location of the bitmap files.

Same issue. It just doesn't open my .epgz. It silently does just nothing. I can email you the file if it's going to be of any use... Downloaded 3.0.0-rc.2.dmg - got some unexpected error on the same file: https://pasteboard.co/grBsapaTB.png The file was created on some old 2.* version of the app

Is there any archive of the old versions? I need to get my work done..
