[Feature Request] Autosaving sketch-document

  • Operating system: Windows 7 64bit
  • Pencil version: 3.0.0-RC1

It would be nice to have an autosaving option within Pencil. It could for instance be defined and configured using one of the properties found in the settings > advanced-section controller by a true/false option with default false?

Example-property:

 document.save.autoSave.enabled=true|false (def:false)

I would also like to see this feature. Auto save is default on many editors these days. Not having auto-save definitely increases data loss.

On 3.0.4 I still do not see this functionality...

Please, kindly include the Autosave feature for the next release. It's one of must-have features for an application to be qualified as "Production Ready".

Pencil was recommended to me, I started using it and... my work was lost. I was assuming it has auto save like most applications for editing documents
