New sync

In the last few months, I have been working on the brand-new Evolu sync, and it's almost done. The current solution, which I took from https://github.com/actualbudget/actual, works, but it's far from ideal. The new sync will be a lot faster and more efficient. Still P2P, aka no centralized server.
