Upgrading to reactnative-fcm v16 brings up this error and I am unable to compile.

Any suggestions?

Downgrade to version 16.0.2 and use targetSdk 28 and compileSdk 28

@wmonecke -- did you mean 16.2.2? I can't seem to downgrade to 16.0.2
