Write a document for tracing transactions and blocks

Requirements:

  • enabling tracing
  • tracing logger configuration (eg: changing trace logger)
  • Use of debug_trace* endpoints (can link to json-rpc endpoints doc)
  • EVM tracing (can copy and reference the content from geth)
  • Filtered tracing (can copy and reference the content from geth)
