Flashing ROM Without SD CARD

Hi, Is there a way to update the gopro without using the SDcard or goprostudio? Because i've the NOSD error and i didnt found a way to solve it, would be fantastic to Flash the rom like android without sdcard(because it doesn't see that). Thanks!

The gopro hero entry level. I dont know if its based on the same rtos.
