Trouble with boot with Hero 3 Black

Hello, i used your tools for patched my H3B. I used it to windows x64.

When i disconnect USB and reinsert battery.

Only one led in back panel is on. On LCD nothing show. But in the end it lights flashing set of points. I try some firmware for H3B. And what do next?

And one more question: On time flashed SD card must be inserted with new firmware or not?
