How to reflash firmware onto a bricked Hero3+ Black over USB

First let me thank you for this tool. It works very well. But now I am stuck in the Firmware 1.04. In the Forum: https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/goprouser/how-to-reflash-firmware-onto-a-bricked-hero3-black-t23214.html there werde two links :
