crowding when using bt-tether and pisugar2 plugins

When using PiSugar2 plugin and bt-tether, there's some crowding. No option to hide bt-tether (but keep enabled) from what I can tell. This is with the inky phat or the webui. I'll be able to test the Waveshare V2 tomorrow.

I'm working on reducing the space used in the header, replacing the BT, GPS and BAT items with icons instead. I'm also experimenting with relocating the uptime indicator. Hopefully I'll push a working commit in the next week or so.
