[BUG][LOW PRIORITY] up time timer and screen refresh

Describe the bug in manual mode up time timer dont refrash with the screen.. :[
i have ui.fps on 0.07 i can clearly see the dot near the name or bt status change even the black spot at the right bottom corner under the 3d print part is flickering

if you edit cfg or restart after like half an hour you will see the timer jump from like 00:16:53 to 00:46:53 so it counting but not refreshing on screen properly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. set screen ui.fps to your liking mine is 0.07 will update evrey 10+ second
2. go into manual mode
3. see things refresh but timer stuck

Expected behavior timer will refresh with the screen every x ui.fps

Additional context im autistic af so i will find a lot of those feel free to ignore it its very minor im new to this and even typeing commands or anything else (at least now i have a purpose to use linux ) but after like 4 days of figurin it out i have mine finally runing smooth
