Impossible to download release 1.5.5

Hi, it's impossible for me to download the latest release, I tried with any browser and also from curl directly from cm of win, but like 1.64gb the download always stops, is there any problem with the S3 where the file is placed? Could someone help me? Thank you

maybe try using a proxy i guess?
