[Feature request]: Allow to specify a timeout for shell namespace.

What do you need?

Hi!

It would be great to be able to specify a timeout value for the shell namespace cause for long running commands, I often hit the timeout of 30 seconds.

I would also like to see this feature. I have an agent that might be running ffuf campaigns and those take...a bit of time to complete.

Pushed. New default is 60s, can be changed via NERVE_SHELL_TIMEOUT environment variable.
