Add support for autotools

It would be nice if there would be a template for autotools as well.

Well, lucky or not, I mostly use them everyday, and I totally embrace your annoyance in creating a new project from scratch...

I prefer plain Makefiles or CMake files due to their simplicity, but that's just a matter of tastes :)

It would be great if you could contribute, I'm sure that you, as a daily user of such tools, will implement a cleaner solution than me .... so, thanks! :)
