Version of ZoomSDK is too low

Getting this error 'Version of ZoomSDK is too low' and zoom window closes. This might have something to do with the zoom SDK minimum version policy, that requires version 5.9.0 starting November 5 ?

Anyone found a workaround? I have to direct to web url now but it is definitely not user friendly! Especially, since I have not found a way to display the web page in "mobile device" view. It only appears in desktop view...
