[Minor] Clicking GitHub link on Settings shows an XP style link cursor than native

I'm an user with an eye for details and design so this kinda minor, but I'll still report this. The GitHub link on the Settings dialog, or presumably any new text link that could implemented shows an XP style or old link cursor style than following the current or native Windows 10 cursor settings. Fix this
