404 error content is put into the requested file instead of simply moving on. Do not write out content that has 404's

Example is BZR hates this

The requested URL /.bzr/checkout/merge-hashes was not found on this server.

Added -f support for the curl command so that server errors are silently ignored. Still need to find equiv for wget (or drop wget support lol)
