Choose folder instead of snapshot URL

Would be great if we can set a specific folder where the snapshots can be made into a timelapse from

This is useful for example for cameras without IR that would require some light before taking a photo at night, since then you'd be able to use an automation to decide what happens before and after the snapshot

This would also allow snapshots from all sorts of sources
