1:1 mapping of a 4-way hat to vJoy hat does not work

Hello,

I have mapped the 4-way hat of a physical stick onto POV1 of a vJoy. The vJoy has 4 hats enabled, but all directions target POV1. The vJoy monitor shows:

• Left: Nothing
• Right: POV1 => Nothing, POV2 => Down, POV3 => Left, POV4 => Down (shown in the picture)
• Down: POV1 => Up
• Up: All POV1-4 => UP

Very weird to say the least. ;)

This seems strange. Are you 100% sure that your TM stick is actually stick 1? On a normal vJoy install, vJoy should grab stick ID 1, your first physical stick should be stick ID 2. I just loaded your ini file and swapped the stick ID to my TM Hotas X and it worked fine. I did notice, however, that diagonals do not work for the hat. This will require a new plugin similar to the 4-way button to axis plugin. I will add an Issue for that. In the meanwhile, if you have any further info on reproducing this, please let me know. Failing anything else, maybe at some point I could TeamViewer you or something so that I can investigate it on your PC?

I'm pretty sure the IDs are correct - I have only 2 sticks on this Windows installation (the physical Thrustmaster and the single vJoy instance).

I'm happy to let this issue rest for a while - I do not actually need to remap that hat at the moment since my favourite game is able to work with multiple sticks just fine. Not necessary to invest more effort into this until maybe someone else discovers the same problem.
