No Scroll Bar

Can someone make a version where there is a scroll bar? Or can someone tell me how to enable it? I cannot make more than 8 button to button remappings because of this. PLEASE!

The scroll bar should automatically appear when it is needed, there is nothing that you should need to do to enable it.
Someone reported an issue with the scroll bar not working properly the other day, and I did see it happen on my machine, but now I cannot reproduce it :(
