[BUG] Awarded and traded items are not recognized (Wotlk)

Describe the bug Almost every time when raiding, RC does not recognise a couple of items are already awarded AND traded. Still the error below pops up.

Not sure if this helps, but we are starting in ToC and then move on to Ulduar. This time the loot session was open while moving between the two raids.

To Reproduce

Expected behavior All items should be recognized when awarded and traded.
