Maybe give user assistance selecting head/tail scale adjustments?
At least one online EggBot user has complained of getting raw fingers when repeatedly trying to get the adjustments right on an (Ostrich) EggBot. In my own use of EggBot (Deluxe) I usually need to make several iterative adjustments to the headstock and tailstock positions - not a big deal, but a minor annoyance.
There must be a better way! Oh, wait, there is: Knowing various dimensions of EggBot, and of the egg, the required headstock and tailstock setting are readily determined.
I propose something on the order of the attached "adjustulator" (== "adjustment calculator"), intended for the EggBot Contributed directory. All dimensions contained are subject to correction, and some are unknown to this author, but the idea is there.
