Issue with ipynb_checkpoints on JupyterLab

Reported on Discord - minor issue to look at.

Description:

When I open snapshot.json inside snapshots/ on JupyterLab, it creates .ipynb_checkpoints/ and it raises this error and freezes at loading when accessing Evidently ui "ValueError: badly formed hexadecimal UUID string". Nothing crucial, remove .ipynb_checkpoints, refresh, and it works fine.
