Suggestion: Insert emoji by typing a colon

In most chat software you can open auto-complete prompt for emoji by typing a colon (:). In fact the current "webogram" does that, too, as do most other Telegram clients including the Android app.

As far as I am aware, this version doesn't currently support this autocomplete? If so, it'd be helpful to add it, if for no other reason than to allow users to go by muscle memory from all the other messenger clients.

Apologies if this had been filed before, I couldn't find anything.

@evgeny-nadymov I already asked in another issue, if there is something like a CONTRIBUTING.md or so. I would like to support this project and implement this feature and create a pull request for it, but i dont want to waste time if someone else is already working on this. Could you please coordinate the development of this feature?
