[Feature Request] Squad Members Moderating Squads

It would be great if, like the old group plugin, if you could assign another squad as the moderator.

Usecase: In some instances, you might want a set of users looking after a particular squad, and these guys might have a title. If you could assign a squad as the moderator, then you do not have to manually allocate the moderators, as this can be done through other squad and titles.
