eveseat / notifications Alert squad_application not working

We tried to enable a notification when a new member applies to a Squad. If i add the Alert "squad_application" nothing happens at all. But if i add the Alert "squad_member" i get notified if a member joins the squad (what is expected) and a notification if a new member is applying. The Problem is i cant separate this notification from each other. So i can go with nothing or "New member joins" and a "new member apply".
