Usually this is caused because the mail headers have been downloaded, but not the actual body yet. This will normally resolve itself over time. As warlof said though, without further information there is little that can be investigated on our side regarding this.

Adding updated info from support on discord from Dr Spodumain

This is actually a bug. For some reason if you try to read a corporate mail from the search page it tries to load the mail as the CEO, which you may not have access to, so it appears to load forever.
If I navigate to the actual recipient and view the mail from their mail page, it loads correctly.

If the recipient isnt in SeAT then the passed id will have to be the sender. Logic to decide which ID to use is needed.
