squad filter with "alliance is not [alliance-name]" works not correct

squad filter with "alliace is not [alliance name]" works not expected, it's not fetching npc-corporations registered characters (users, it's not alts) but fetching some characters in alliance

I have the same issue and it's driving me nuts.
