Distribute as an overlay

It might be preferable to distribute this as an overlay so that I can just clone it into my overlays folder and use it seamlessly rather than have to import an absolute path.

Anecdote: I've only ever used an overlay once, and it broke things for me somehow (on an older NixOS install), and I've never tried using them since.
