How would we copy&paste?

Im open to ideas, but my idea for this was to use a mode-system, similar to vim. That way you can just use y and p to copy and paste respectively. v to start selecting. shift-v for selecting entire rows, etc.

But maybe also CTRL-X, CTRL-C and CTRL-V for copy and pasting is actually nicer than just exiting?
