Example of TIP-3 token work require: How can I send tokens with message without debot using? How it is possible with Ever Surf, Ever Wallet, Everscale Wallet, etc.?

If TIP-3.X the same standard as ERC-20 in ethereum why there are no events? Or lets clear how to log in Everscale without Events: Transfer(from, to, value) Approval(owner, spender, value)
