Privacy Feature: Face/ People Detection and Blurring

We want to include privacy as a feature through 2 steps: (1) auto-detection of faces/people, and (2) blurring locally/ at the source so that recordings sent to the cloud are already anonymized. This way videos are protected all the way through.

The feature will appear something like this on the dashboard:

Good cameras to work on would be the "Waxie..." cameras as they often have people and are currently in the public domain.
