Each record has:

• Full Name
• Email
• Position
• Link (we should validate links - check if they are not a virus etc) - can copy OR go with link
• CV (let’s predict that users can attach files in pdf or word) - manager can open in WEB or Download
• Date + Time of request
• Status of each (can be changed by a manager)
  • Accepted - Green (appears in Members & Roles) (disappears in 30 days from the list)
  • Invited - Grey (changes to Accepted once joined)
  • Requested - Blue (changes to Accepted once manager ‘Accepted’)
    • Button ‘Accept’ (as Viewer role - restricted options to see team until approval)
    • Button ‘Reject’ (remove from the list - message to user ‘Unfortunately … etc’)
  • Rejected - Red (who we don’t like)
