[Feature] 'Timesheets' | Managers can manage time entries for team members

In the Timesheets functionality, managers are users with permissions to view the timesheet entries for all the employees. With regards to managing time entries, the following should be possible at a minimum:

  1. Manager should be able to see the time entries of all the team members - as a listing and in detail.
  2. Manager should be able to filter timesheets by employee, team, task, approval status.
  3. Manager should be able to sort the entries by ascending and descending (A - Z) of the fields in point 2 above.
  4. Manager should be able to bulk delete the time entries.
  5. Manager can change the status of the time entry to any of the following: a. "Pending Approval" - This is the status when the team member submits their time sheet for approval/review. b. "Approved" - This is the status of the time entry when it gets approved by the manager. c. "Rejected" - This is the status of the time entry when it gets rejected by the manager.
  6. Manager should be able to edit and update the time sheet entries of the team members.
