[Bug] 'Planned' | issue that on teammate Planned tab, can see own planned tasks

The issue is that a user can plan own tasks and try to see the member's Plan (where a member has '0' planned tasks) and see OWN planned tasks on the member's page

Expect: The user should see actual data, own planned tasks on the own page with Plans, and should be able to see member's plans with their actual information on their pages Should NOT see own Plan on someone's page - looks like it is a permission issue.

Example:

Own page with 'Today's Plan' with '3' tasks

Another member 'Today's Plan' with '0' tasks, but you can see 3 tasks
